Gratitude For Your Cross

We should accept, as we would a favor, every moment of our lives and whatever they may bring, whether it is good or bad, but the crosses with even greater gratitude than the rest. Crosses release us from this world and by doing so, bind us to God.

How many circumstances do you have in your life today that you find difficult to accept, especially as being a “gift” from God? True, no one likes to suffer. But unless we know suffering, we can never appreciate happiness. Unless we are lost, we can never know the joy of being found.

If you are reading this, you have been given another day of life. This day of your life is a gift from God, whether you wake up with sadness or joy. It is His gift to you. Take this wonderful opportunity to use it wisely and take the time to be truly appreciative for this blessing.

It seems that no one has come back to give praise to God, except this foreigner. And He said to the man, stand up and go on your way. Your faith has saved you (Luke 17:18-19).
